Ok...I love to drink a glass of wine every night, but I can't always afford the good stuff when it's just me. I have a local place that sells $5-7 bottles of cab that are decent enough for an everyday glass. When I poured them through my vinturi, what a difference! This is a nice little product, that def does what it says. The wine tastes less acidic and more fruitful.
However, I was suprised by how noisy it was! Did not expect that. Makes a bit of, ok, more than a bit of sucking/spraying sound. That will take some getting used to, but worth putting up with for the more enjoyable taste:)

Very good product. It does make a difference in releasing the full flavor of the wine.

This clever little device does, in fact, affect the taste of red wines quite favorably. The aeration it provides seems to take the edge off of the tongue curling tannins in many low dollar reds. It is rather like adding a year or so to the aging of two buck chuck cab which is probably normally aged in weeks.
